Ashley Salter

Ashley Salter is a Pitt County native. She moved back to Greenville from Raleigh in 2008. Since then, she’s made it her mission to help anyone in need. She followed in the footsteps of her parents, Rick and Judi Miller, and joined Greater Greenville Kiwanis. As a Kiwanian, she has led, chaired and helped organize many programs, including a girl scout troop for underprivileged children and the Club Christmas Santa Clause program, where she orchestrated the purchase of, wrapping and giving of gifts for 125-200 to selected children from needy families. She has been a hands-on, behind the scenes kind of person, who always shuns the much-deserved credit.
Since becoming a co-owner of Greenville Fit Body Boot Camp, her charity continues. Instead of administrating the national charity campaign recommended by the franchise, Ashley was adamant about forming her own charity campaign that would specifically benefit organizations right here in Pitt County. Through gifts and donations, FBBC has been able to donate over $30,000 over the last 3 years to local organizations – and not just money. Oftentimes she rallies the members of FBBC to donate school supplies, warm children’s clothes and many others in need.
Juggling all of these tasks, she still manages to help her kids and grandkids anyway she can. The world needs more selfless, caring and giving people like Ashley Salter!
