Marcy Regan

Marcy Regan attended ECU and received her BS/MAEd in Family and Consumer Sciences Education. She previously taught in NC public schools and worked at ECU. 

Marcy founded Hope Women & Family Services, Inc. in July 2017. The mission of the nonprofit is to provide Eastern North Carolina with perinatal services, support, and education. The vision is to reduce health disparities and improve maternal health outcomes for women and families at-risk for poor birth outcomes and developing a perinatal mood and anxiety disorder. 

Marcy is passionate about perinatal wellness for the entire family unit. She currently is the Executive Director of the nonprofit and is a perinatal doula and educator.
