Woman to Watch: Rachel Cringoli
BIO: Rachel Cringoli is a nationally certified oncology nurse and life coach. Her 10 years nursing experience specialized in women’s oncology and general hospice. She learned firsthand how important mindset is to healing, and pivoted to coaching, creating The Rooted RN. She now helps women process their emotions, and trust their intuition, to manage stress, and live the life they dream of; no matter the circumstance.
WHAT I DO: I work with women 1:1, and also in a group Mastermind setting. We focus on the mind, body, and spirit connection, to reclaim the joy and curiosity that gets stifled underneath stress. I help women stop over-thinking and emotionally spiraling. Together, we problem-solve predominant reasons they feel stuck, and also embrace the change when facing something new.
WHAT I CARE ABOUT: I am so passionate about women loving themselves and creating a life they love! So much beyond what they think is possible. I know the root of health is tied to our emotional well-being, and most of the time, it’s the smallest tweak in thinking that helps process and change what can feel really heavy. Helping women harness that personal power to change, that certainly amps me up.
WHAT I’M INVOLVED IN: I volunteer at the McConnell-Raab Hope Lodge, am the speaker coordinator of Women’s Power Networking, Uptown Greenville Chapter, and a contributing writer for the Pitt County Women’s Journal. I spend lots of time enjoying my French Bulldog, and love to explore the science of mindset, astrology, and my daily yoga practice.
